PAYDAY DESIRE$$$

With payday drawing ever closer (YAY), I have already mentally spent the majority of my disposable income. From Beyoncé's new Ivy Park range for Topshop ***drooling*** to some beauty buys I've been desperate to get my paws on all month...

1.Charlotte Tilbury Magic Foundation
I have been dying to change foundation for like the whole of 2016... I currently use Mac Studio Sculpt, which I do have a huge amount of love for. However, we all know that eventually we get bored of the same routine and the same look. So I am hoping to switch things up! I have read a lot of good reviews so I will let you know what I think of it! Maybe do a beauty post. If you have tried it before PLEASE let me know what you think :)

2.Quay Australia Every Little Thing Cat Eye Sunglasses
I love Quay, their sunglasses range is to die for. These glasses will be my summer essential bestie (when the sun finally comes out)...

3.PLT Kayley Black Patchwork Dress
I am OBSESSED with this cute little number from Pretty Little Things new Gypsy Soul campaign. Perfect for those holiday nights and festival vibes. I can't wait to get my hands on it!

4.Adidas Gazelle's
I have always been a fan of Adidas for trainers, but I have never owned Gazelles! I'm looking forward to teaming these bad boys up with some cute culottes during the summer.

5.Nip+Fab Dragon Blood Serum
Ok so I have heard SO much about this (mainly from Kylie Jenner, an ambassador for the product)... And I am dyingggg to try it. I am lucky and do have really good skin, however I can suffer from dehydrated skin, even though I drink LOADS of water. So this product really appeals to me. Has anyone used it before?

6.V Back Mesh Insert Sports Bra by IVY PARK & 7. Leggings by IVY PARK
HOW cute is the Ivy Park range? If I had all the money in the world I would buy it all and roll around in it all endlessly being happy. No seriously, for a fitness lover like me I am genuinely excited to try out some of this range in the gym. Working out is so much more enjoyable when you look and feel good!

8.Triangl Gigi Strawberry Shortcake Bikini
I have been obsessed with Triangl for a while now but never owned anything from there :( I go on holiday in two months and I just have to have one! The fit of the bikinis is what gets me, they look insane! Has anyone ever tried one of their bikinis? Is the fit as good as it looks?

9.Rebecca Button Front Cord Dress
Boohoo's perfect summer day/night dress. I love these types of dresses; they can easily be dressed up or down. The ideal summer essential.

10.Charlotte Tilbury Mini Miracle Eye Wand Concealer
Another Charlotte Tilbury product I am dying to try. I have read loads of reviews and they have all been so positive. I am currently using a Maybelline concealer however I use it every day to work, to shop to the gym... And I'd really like a new treat for when I'm making an effort. Let me know what you think of it!

Spontaneous Sunday

Hey guys, so I have been a little inactive recently but I'm back with some exciting things to share with you all! So basically just over 5 weeks ago on a boring normal Sunday I decided to randomly book a flight to Thailand to surprise one of my best friends (Megan) who was currently travelling with her boyfriend. Two of my friends were already going out for 3 weeks to meet Megan, which had been planned for ages... I was supposed to be going with them but when they booked back in March I said that I couldn't commit to it, yeah I know what a fool. The closer my 2 friends flight date got I was getting more and more anxious and agitated, seeing them oh so inspiring travelling quote pics everywhere on my Pinterest like 'Go find yourself' strategically placed in front of a map, drove me insane, EVERYTHING was telling me to go. See I was at that time in my life where I didn't have a stupid amount of bills, I wasn't in a serious relationship and I was very 'in the middle' of what I was doing work wise after leaving Uni. So what on earth was I doing sitting about?!?!?!?!

So I started looking seriously for flights, I didn't tell anybody I was even thinking about going except my parents and the two friends that were already going to visit Megan, just in case it didn't happen. For a couple of days the chances seemed slim, flights were almost double the price of what my friends paid and they were ridiculously long, like two days. Then on a typically British rainy Sunday afternoon I was flicking through Skyscanner when I stumbled across a seat on the same flights as my two friends, I couldn't believe it, my friends had told me that their flight was full! I literally convinced myself it was fate and booked it. I was so excited and happy that I was actually doing it, it was probably the most spontaneous thing I have ever done... With booking it so late I had just 2 weeks to scrape together as much money as I could, buy a backpack, bikinis and getaway essentials, have vaccinations done and get my ass to Thailand to surprise my best friend!

And after 2 weeks of panic, excitement and stress everything just seemed to come together and before I knew it my 2 friends and I were on our way to Birmingham airport to begin our adventure.

In just 3 weeks I took 6 flights, around 10 boats/ferries, countless Tuk Tuk and taxi rides, about 8 coach journeys and I stayed in 6 different hotels/guest houses/beach huts. I kissed and rode an elephant, snorkeled and kayaked on the Gulf of Thailand, ate fried crickets, 'saw a ping pong show', got an amazing tan and so much more. I can honestly say that my time in Thailand was one of the best times of my life and I would recommend it to E V E R Y B O D Y !

Throw back Thursday.

TBT to last month when I attended the Manchester based festival Parklife. For once the British weather actually didn't let us down and we had a relatively sunny weekend! Don’t get me wrong it wasn't quite Coachella... But my hair stayed straight... What more could I ask for?

I was lucky enough to be given a free VIP weekend ticket for the event through a friend and since I had never been before I found it the perfect opportunity to see what all the fuss was about. I wasn't sure what to expect at first, however when I saw the line up I knew I was in for a good time. The most random act I personally didn't expect to be there was James Bay, although I am SO glad he was. I was already a huge fan of his music and after watching his set in a boiling hot and sweaty tent I am even more in love with him as an artist and his music, he connected with everybody in that tent, it was a special performance that I will never forgot, thanks Mr Bay.

Other notable artists included: Jessie Ware, Ella Eyre, Nas, Rudimental, Labrinth, Disclosure, Ben Howard, Fatboy Slim, Jess Glyne, Mark Ronson, Annie Mac, DJ EZ, George Ezra, Jamie XX, Hannah Wants, Heidi, and Sinead Harnett. And yes, yes I did venture in to some of the 'house tents' which admittedly isn't really my thing... However, I actually really enjoyed most of everything I heard and I now have found a new appreciation for such music. A pleasant surprise Parklife... I'll be back.
