Kenny 4eva

So I've been on Polyvore for the whole of 10 minutes and already I'm obsessed! This is my first ever set, based on the incredible Kendall Jenner. I kept it simple for my first set, using basic essentials and no one pulls off 'effortless basics' better than Kenny. The set features a perfect pair from PLT's lush new denim collection as well as the on trend fringe boots that com'on we all need in our lives, right? Check them out below.

PAYDAY DESIRE$$$

With payday drawing ever closer (YAY), I have already mentally spent the majority of my disposable income. From Beyoncé's new Ivy Park range for Topshop ***drooling*** to some beauty buys I've been desperate to get my paws on all month...

1.Charlotte Tilbury Magic Foundation
I have been dying to change foundation for like the whole of 2016... I currently use Mac Studio Sculpt, which I do have a huge amount of love for. However, we all know that eventually we get bored of the same routine and the same look. So I am hoping to switch things up! I have read a lot of good reviews so I will let you know what I think of it! Maybe do a beauty post. If you have tried it before PLEASE let me know what you think :)

2.Quay Australia Every Little Thing Cat Eye Sunglasses
I love Quay, their sunglasses range is to die for. These glasses will be my summer essential bestie (when the sun finally comes out)...

3.PLT Kayley Black Patchwork Dress
I am OBSESSED with this cute little number from Pretty Little Things new Gypsy Soul campaign. Perfect for those holiday nights and festival vibes. I can't wait to get my hands on it!

4.Adidas Gazelle's
I have always been a fan of Adidas for trainers, but I have never owned Gazelles! I'm looking forward to teaming these bad boys up with some cute culottes during the summer.

5.Nip+Fab Dragon Blood Serum
Ok so I have heard SO much about this (mainly from Kylie Jenner, an ambassador for the product)... And I am dyingggg to try it. I am lucky and do have really good skin, however I can suffer from dehydrated skin, even though I drink LOADS of water. So this product really appeals to me. Has anyone used it before?

6.V Back Mesh Insert Sports Bra by IVY PARK & 7. Leggings by IVY PARK
HOW cute is the Ivy Park range? If I had all the money in the world I would buy it all and roll around in it all endlessly being happy. No seriously, for a fitness lover like me I am genuinely excited to try out some of this range in the gym. Working out is so much more enjoyable when you look and feel good!

8.Triangl Gigi Strawberry Shortcake Bikini
I have been obsessed with Triangl for a while now but never owned anything from there :( I go on holiday in two months and I just have to have one! The fit of the bikinis is what gets me, they look insane! Has anyone ever tried one of their bikinis? Is the fit as good as it looks?

9.Rebecca Button Front Cord Dress
Boohoo's perfect summer day/night dress. I love these types of dresses; they can easily be dressed up or down. The ideal summer essential.

10.Charlotte Tilbury Mini Miracle Eye Wand Concealer
Another Charlotte Tilbury product I am dying to try. I have read loads of reviews and they have all been so positive. I am currently using a Maybelline concealer however I use it every day to work, to shop to the gym... And I'd really like a new treat for when I'm making an effort. Let me know what you think of it!

6 beauty products I could not live without...

Do you ever try something for the first time and think, how have I gone 24 years without this in my life? Serious, yeah, well here’s my current few...

1. Soleil Tan De Chanel - Bronzing Makeup base

Firstly if you haven't tried this before then seriously if you, like me, are in to tanning then you MUST try this. It is the perfect makeup bag essential. I usually wear it under my foundation when I'm going out or just on top for a bit of contour! It is such a versatile product that blends really naturally. I've even got my mum on it, serious stuff guys. Find out more

2. Mac Whirl Lipstick
Okay so Whirl has been out for a while, but I haven't had my mitts on it for that long (due to the Kylie Jenner craze cheers King Ky), but seriously I am in love with it. It’s such a deep and rich colour, perfect for a sleek look on a night out. Sometimes I like to wear it casually so I tone it down with a bit of concealer for a lighter, more subtle affect. Find out more

3. Maybelline Eraser Eye Concealer
I had seen this concealer on a few reviews and always wanted to try it. I am usually very loyal to Mac for most things but this has changed my outlook completely. It goes on really well with the little sponge applicator and blends well over my foundation. Unlike other products I have used before it doesn't sink into your lines or look REALLY heavy, however it can be built up if you want a more full coverage look! Overall a brilliant little High Street buy. I use the colour light. Find out more

4. Chanel Coco Mademoiselle Eau De Parfum
Possibly the nicest scent I have ever smelled in my life. And yep you bet I feel grown up. This is what I imagine pink clouds, fairy dust and unicorns smell of. Yep, it is literally heaven. If you haven’t tried it already, you NEED TO! Find out more

5. Palmers Cocoa Butter Natural Bronze Tan
So I used to be the biggest sunbed lover ever, until I came to my senses and realised that if I didn't calm it I would end up looking like an old leather handbag by the age of 30, amongst the terrible health risks of course! Now giving them up wasn't easy, as any sun worshiper knows. I genuinely would feel sick if I was pale, which is ridiculous but there was nothing I could do about it. So I searched for a good build up tan and found this beauty... Now I tan once a week (on a Thursday normally, ready for the weekend) and that keeps my obsession at bay. This is the best build up tan I have ever used, it doesn't smell TOO bad, doesn't streak and is easily applied. I usually do mine before bed and then wake up like a bronzed Goddess! Ok, not quite. Seriously if you're in search of a good old reliable, give this a try! But if you recommend any please let me know. Find out more

6. THE BEAUTY BLENDER (Real Technique) AKA LIFE SAVER AKA BFF
Okay so I was sceptical about the beauty blender, I won't lie. I literally thought, ohhhh here's ANOTHER beauty product that if you want to look like Kimmy K (yes we all do) then YOU MUST HAVE. No, no, no, no, NO! I will not buy one!! And I didn't for months... All until I started using the Chanel bronzer and decided that I could do with a product that blends it really well... Then it hit me. Cut long story short I bought it, I love it and we lived happily ever after. The end. P.S. It looks like an overly large egg in my picture. Moral of the story... don't wash it!!! Find out more

So there you have it, some must tries in my eyes! Do you have a beauty product that you couldn't live without? Tell me your current crushes; I'd love to hear from you.

Spontaneous Sunday

Hey guys, so I have been a little inactive recently but I'm back with some exciting things to share with you all! So basically just over 5 weeks ago on a boring normal Sunday I decided to randomly book a flight to Thailand to surprise one of my best friends (Megan) who was currently travelling with her boyfriend. Two of my friends were already going out for 3 weeks to meet Megan, which had been planned for ages... I was supposed to be going with them but when they booked back in March I said that I couldn't commit to it, yeah I know what a fool. The closer my 2 friends flight date got I was getting more and more anxious and agitated, seeing them oh so inspiring travelling quote pics everywhere on my Pinterest like 'Go find yourself' strategically placed in front of a map, drove me insane, EVERYTHING was telling me to go. See I was at that time in my life where I didn't have a stupid amount of bills, I wasn't in a serious relationship and I was very 'in the middle' of what I was doing work wise after leaving Uni. So what on earth was I doing sitting about?!?!?!?!

So I started looking seriously for flights, I didn't tell anybody I was even thinking about going except my parents and the two friends that were already going to visit Megan, just in case it didn't happen. For a couple of days the chances seemed slim, flights were almost double the price of what my friends paid and they were ridiculously long, like two days. Then on a typically British rainy Sunday afternoon I was flicking through Skyscanner when I stumbled across a seat on the same flights as my two friends, I couldn't believe it, my friends had told me that their flight was full! I literally convinced myself it was fate and booked it. I was so excited and happy that I was actually doing it, it was probably the most spontaneous thing I have ever done... With booking it so late I had just 2 weeks to scrape together as much money as I could, buy a backpack, bikinis and getaway essentials, have vaccinations done and get my ass to Thailand to surprise my best friend!

And after 2 weeks of panic, excitement and stress everything just seemed to come together and before I knew it my 2 friends and I were on our way to Birmingham airport to begin our adventure.

In just 3 weeks I took 6 flights, around 10 boats/ferries, countless Tuk Tuk and taxi rides, about 8 coach journeys and I stayed in 6 different hotels/guest houses/beach huts. I kissed and rode an elephant, snorkeled and kayaked on the Gulf of Thailand, ate fried crickets, 'saw a ping pong show', got an amazing tan and so much more. I can honestly say that my time in Thailand was one of the best times of my life and I would recommend it to E V E R Y B O D Y !

Throw back - I left my heart in LA

OKAY OKAY it's not Thursday but... With the summer weather feeling a little non-existent at the minute, the feeling of nostalgia has hit me like a ton of bricks. Up until last week I had NOTHING remotely like a summer holiday booked for this year. So feeling glum I bit the bullet and did something very spontaneous indeed and I can't wait to share it with you!

In preparations for my next adventure which is in 1 weeks time, I have been reminiscing on some previous getaways and travel experiences and have decided to share one of my all time favourites with you all...

Throw back to last year when I visited the beautiful city that is Los Angeles.

Where it all began...

LHR - LAX

First Class was soooo much fun!

Watching That Awkward Moment with Zac Efron!

Perks of staff travel...

I found one of my favourite quotes on a coffee cup!

Long Beach locals *Cutie alert*
Keeping myself out of trouble as usual
The Hollywood  Walk of Fame
Mission = GET TO  THE SIGN!!!

Our Sat Nav wasn't much use...
YOLO
WE MADE IT
Venice Beach

Along with my two best friends I travelled to LA for only a few days. I have been to different parts of Florida a few times, but never anywhere else in the USA and so after visiting LA I aim to see some more of what America has to offer. I would love to go back to Los Angeles sometime in the near future, and I would love to live and work out there even more!
Who knows what the future has in store, but if I have my way, I'll be back ;)
